Blogger Background Week 4: Pink Champagne Bubbles

We took a lot of time going through each of Blogger's Built-in Templates, and now we wanted to show off how much of a difference using an updated background can make.  We start with a bunch of pre-made Google images used by Blogger.  And for the fourth week of this series, we're looking at using a shutter stock image: Pink Champagne Bubbles
