You Can't Lie on Facebook
Okay, well, you can lie, but you shouldn't. You especially shouldn't lie about your basic information when signing up. Lying about your real identity is a violation of the Facebook Terms and conditions of use, and is grounds for profile deactivation.
While many people do try, Facebook will not let anyone sign up with a clearly false name - no Marilyn Manson or Boaty McBoatface. Those who manage to make a profile with a clearly fake name will likely find their accounts eventually deactivated.
Some fake accounts survive on Facebook for a long time, mostly because the Facebook team is going after people who are breaking more serious rules and offences. So, if you really want to set up a fake profile to test this, go ahead, but it is just a waste of your time.
