This piece is pretty complex and very sci-fi techy.  It's pretty complicated and has a lot going on:  that can make it the perfect background, or it can be too busy.  Many blogs suffer from having an over-complicated design, and this background  could make that worse

This background could be appropriate for any blog involving Technology, Science, Computers or Gaming.    Well worth a look if you have a website or blog that could use a computer-style interface background
